Did you know that emotional and mental health problems are very common in the community? Nearly half of all Australians will experience a mental illness in their lifetime. Therapy can help you to address the aspects of your life that aren’t going well; but it’s not just about that. Seeing a psychologist can help you to build skills and perspective that help you throughout your life.

At Mind My Health, emotional wellness for all of life’s challenges is our goal. Talk to us about what’s wrong; we have experience, expertise and empathy. All of our psychologists have strong backgrounds in managing emotional health challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, sleep problems, adjusting to changes and uncertainty in life and coping with loss and bereavement. We have a special interest in cancer and other health problems that bring with
them a myriad of changes and hurdles.

Our aim is to help you to live well and we will introduce you to techniques and skills with strong scientific evidence demonstrating that they make a real difference. Our therapeutic backgrounds are in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. We see adults and young adults and are compassionate, skilled and dedicated. If you are not sure if a referral is right for us; just ask.

It can be a challenge to find a psychologist you click with; we care – and we get it.
